The turf is gone and construction supplies have been brought in to divide XP's space from the others. Once the permits to build the walls are in hand the walls will go up quickly.
Pete, Zack, Marc, & Lisa went out the site to hang the banner last Saturday announcing that XP is coming to Owings Mills. Hopefully we'll get out permit soon to begin construction inside the building. Permits are in hand and building has begun to separate XP's space from the other tenants!
The metal studs are in place to divide the tenants spaces. One side of the walls are mounted. Once they are inspected they can put insulation in between and the rest of the drywall can be put up.
Pete our construction guy, Zack our heavy lifter guy, and Marc our talk on the phone guy laid out the dimensions of the playing arena, briefing and staging areas as well as our VIP party areas on the floor.
Marc is walking the outline of the arena while Zack watches from the outline of the observation deck in the center of the arena. Outline of a footer in the concrete. Footers are being dug out so we can place the support beams in.
Kirby, Dave, and Zack use a Jack Hammer and shovel to break up the concrete. Want to see the latest changes? Keep checking back for updated information or sign up for emails about our updates as they happen Everyone
playing laser tag must be no less than seven years old AND 47 inches
tall. WHEN WE OPEN RESERVATIONS WILL BE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR LASER TAG FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY
